Coaching, Consulting & Advisory Services

All coaching, consulting, CFO advisory, and business support services are non-refundable once delivered. Time reserved, preparation, and professional expertise are considered rendered services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session:

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.

Tax Preparation & Tax Strategy Services

Due to the nature of tax work:

• Fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Completed tax filings and submitted documents are final.
• Any adjustments or amendments are handled as separate services.

Bookkeeping & Small Business Support

Bookkeeping and ongoing support services are billed based on time, scope, and agreed deliverables.

• Services rendered are non-refundable.
• Scope changes may result in adjusted fees, communicated in advance.

Mobile Notary Services

Notary services are governed by state regulations.

• Travel or appointment fees may apply.
• No refunds are issued once a notary appointment has been completed or a notary has arrived at the scheduled location.

General Policy Notes

• Digital services, consultations, and administrative work are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction related to outcomes beyond the scope of the agreed service.
• Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of TNT Solutions by Tamara, LLC.
