At the same time, I support individuals and business owners of all backgrounds who align with my values, approach, and commitment to intentional, sustainable growth.

Hi, I’m Tamara, founder of TNT Solutions by Tamara.

My work blends coaching, branding, and financial strategy to help women of color move forward with clarity, structure, and confidence—without burnout or guesswork.

 

My work sits at the intersection of coaching, branding, and financial strategy. I don’t believe success should come at the cost of peace, exhaustion, or confusion, and I don’t believe women should have to piece together support from multiple places just to move forward.

My Background

My background spans finance, operations, and strategic leadership, where I’ve supported individuals and small businesses navigating growth, transition, and complexity. Over time, I noticed a consistent gap—particularly for women of color striving toward entrepreneurship or already building businesses—between vision and execution, passion and structure, ambition and sustainable systems.

I created TNT Solutions by Tamara to bridge that gap.

Today, I help clients build businesses that are financially sound, operationally clear, and aligned with the life they truly want to live—not just the revenue they want to generate.

I take a holistic, integrated approach to support.

That means I look beyond surface-level tasks and focus on helping clients understand the full picture—how mindset, brand, and finances work together.
